Sukhoi 26 that rolls to the right

I acquired an almost finished Sukhoi 26. (No plans or instructions) After I finished covering, hooking up controls, & installing a Magnum 80 in it, I computed the Mean Aerodiynamic Chord & balanced the plane at about 30% of the MAC. If flys OK when level, but EVERY TIME I give it up elevator, even when flaring in landing, it drops the right wing. I've checked lateral balance, made sure the elevators operate equally, there's no coupling with the ailerons or rudder, etc.
In a right turn it wants to keep rolling and I have to add left stick to keep the turn from becoming a graveyard spiral. Left turns are no big deal. What could be happening?

How is the wash-in/wash-out of the wings?? Is the wing set up at 0 degrees? I had a Sukhoi that did the same thing but to the left and the left wing was at +3 degrees at the tip while the root was at 0 degrees. I warpped the wing and it flew way better.
How about the alirons, is one hanging down a little more then the other?
Just a few ideas.
