Default And my current shop work!!!

Building for ZN is another honor I have been given. Here are some pictures of the Limited Edition ARC Extra 300L. This is a 2.65 meter Extra 300L that is made to be wrapped around a DA100 or similar motor. The wings are standard, ultralight ZNLine wings with some ultra strong reinforcement layed in for ham-fisted, blender, parachute, and wall addicts like me :-)!!!

I took vacation from my real job as a soldier with the US Army to get some progress done on these babies. One is for me (of course) which I shall be using for F3A-X in Belgium National level. Maybe next year to the International level...we'll see how my rolling circles rolling right develop.

I hope to get these five completed and ready for their intended receipients really soon as I also have a Carden Edge in the boxes sitting in the corner under the CNC wing cutter. I'm not sure I like the name Edge. Maybe they could have called it
"The Rudder"!!! It's going to be a GREAT Season.

Enjoy the photos.

And one more view.

These where taken a few days ago. As of today, the cowls where fit to the rings, canopies cut to fit, tail fairing fit, rudders ready to hinge...I hope next week to start hanging wings and stabs.

And some people call this work? I think I could do this for a living!!!

Sincerely,
Mark

Default As far as these ARCs...

Believe it or not, I have no idea what ZN is going to ask for these ARC editions. It is not going to be cheap, however. I guess they would compare to the pre-fab Aeroworks models (not the ARFs from the Far East, but the one at a time hand builts).

Kit information is available on the ZNLine website, soon to be vastly updated. Hopefully, there will be some pics of mine in it's completed, hovered, er, I mean covered form. I definately let you know how she flies.
