Default What does it all mean?

Could someone explain to me in plane english (pardon the pun) what 3D is all about? What differentiates 3D from areobatics? Are there any great books out there that could help with terminology? Thanks your help is greatly appreciated!!!!

3d is when you extend your plane to all 3axis, a good easy to digest example is hovering the plane. Nose pointed up. Regukar aerobatics consists of rolls and loops, and stall turns. 3D is extreme with flips hovering high angle of attack flight.

www.3drc.info has the best explanation of 3D I have come across so far. Go there and find out.
