Default Heckler 3D......

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the Heckler 3D from Ohio Models? I probably should have checked here before ordering one but you know how that goes Anyway, I just am getting into 3D (some spad experience) and was looking for a lite, inexpensive starter plane and noticed that Ohio Models has this new Heckler 3D. There are some great vids on the site of this little plane doing anything you can think of and then doing it with a set of floats on. The only thing I can see wrong with it is the color is transparent on the top and bottom with no stripes or anything. Not that it's hard to remedy. Here's the website for any interested.

Thanks in advance.

I own one and will get you some flight pics tomorrow. It's an awesome ARF. THe most complete ARF you're likely to find. All hardware is incluided including an engine moutn ,fuel tank, and wheel. Hinge slots are pre-cut and hinges are pre-insterted. ALl you have to do is glue them. I built mine in 2 hours. It has a .46 FX on it and flies like a bat out of you know where. They actually come with black stripes you can put on the bottom of the wing. I just opted not to "uglify" the transparent. Get one! You won't be dissapointed.

I ordered on yesterday, and am impatiently awaiting its arrival. I have a brand new 46AX that needs a home and even a set of floats... Thanks for the info, can't wait to see those pics.

If you do a search you will find a couple threads on the heckler, the video's on the site are all of my heckler. Mine has a Tigershark .52 on it, and its a TON of power for it. Easily hovers with floats on it!

Good flying plane!

Id like to hear from someone that has gotten the wingbag, like to see one!

Ok so I lied... I re-engineered the wingbolt design to make it easier to hand-thread in (using a hex key). A little too easy appearantly. So anyway, leave it the way it comes! It's like that for a reason haha. Anyway, due to my "oops" I didn' get those pics [][:@] Sorry. Good luck with yours. Let us know how it turned out.
