hi
just had this thought. could a twin 3D machine torque roll without using the aileron??? surely each engine wants to trun on a different vertical axis thing?? would it torque roll then, or is it impossible?

I guess so, if they both turn in same direction, though some twins have one one way and the other the opposite to reduce torque for easyier flight.
Torque roll in 3D wouldnt be hard just need two fins and rudders on thrustline I spose. P38 style.

Even if they are rotating the same way Joe? I guess it would be kinda funny cause a for single engine plane the rotating point is smack in the middles but in a twin you have two different points of rotation.
I can see a huge debate upcoming, but if someone trys this it would be nice to post the results here. Best thing to do is try it, I can't be botehred to pull my Aeronautics book up and learn all that stuff again
