Default Irvine .53 and 13 x 4 prop?

Yello

I got a 12.25 x 3.75 prop on me Irvine and its a real super screamer, but how would it compare with a 13 x 4 w prop for 3d?

Ill be running 15% and a pipe in the future as well so what revs can I expect, thanks

I've tried the 13-4W on this engine and it did NOT work. Too much prop. Try the 13-4 without the wide option, runs almost as good as the 12.25-3.75 (ideal 3D prop for this engine).

I have both props 12".25 runs little fast but I can hover essayer with it. I only use 10% nitro the 15% runs the engine to hot. I also have a can muffler 10-OZ

Flicking bak to the manual it says I can use 15% for contest flying so I'll still try it, nitro corrosion shouldnt be a prob since I run it dry after every session, Im hoping a tuned pipe, well a good one, will bump up revs nicely.

Thanks for the comments people! You saved me £5!
