Robert,
These are French airplanes, and from all of the PL designs that I have had the pleasure of seeing up close, these are world class airplanes. They will run about $1000 for the basic airframe shipped from France. Check out their website at www.plprod.com

Yes the Basic kits are from them are all the same price about 800.00 cdn, but the shipping was rather stiff 550.00 cdn for both of them, in a huge box.
the engine is the OS 140 RX with ES pipe, OS header, 3M dual plug head and OS 70 B carburetor, all JR most servos are from Japan directly 3201 for the tail (2), 361 for Throttle and Mixture, 8231 for the wing (2), and 8401 for the rudder, 955 receiver and duralite batteries, JR charge Switch.
Paint is Radio South Flying Color....excellent stuff, and Ultracote (Oracover)for the surface.
The hardware is all MK pretty much with a few Hangar 9 titanium rod and servo pull pull wheel and arms, the main gear is Bolly Large with the CF Wheel pants.
Not flown yet sometime this week.

The wing span is 1.90 meter the length is very close to 2 meters.
They fly very well, track well, snap well, the C&G end up being a little further back then what they suggest, after fly testing, there is still adjustment done to the aircraft at this time....never ending process, I have some up elevator mix with the rudder 4% and 5%.
I have to say that I'm happy, but remember I'm not a FAI guy so it might not be the best plane out there....
They are both below 10 lbs now that I have remove the balancing dead weight up front.....
