Planes doing 3D on screen saver?

If you have Windows XP, most versions have a function in the screen saver that allow you to run a 'slideshow' from a file on your computer as the screensaver. The option is called 'My Pictures Slideshow' in the drop down menu. I used this function and built a folder on my work computer that includes all the best 3D pics I have taken over the past couple of years.... Some of the pics freak my coworkers out..... : )

There is a "powertoys" download that allows you to play a video or group of videos as a screensaver. Go to a search engine and type in "powertoys download." you should find a few. Watch out, if you choose the screensaver without configuring it first, you will have all videos on your computer playing back to back, including those "personal" ones.

You can go to webshots.com and download their software. This will allow you to create your own collections this has worked great for me.

After reading this forum a few hours ago I went and downloaded the webshots and it only took about 15 mins with my dial-up. I took a folder of pics and put it in there and created a screensaver slideshow in about 5 mins. I love it.
Thanks,
Trent

Hello, I've been out of flying for 15 years and am starting with my son on an Eagle trainer. There's this new term called 3D I never heard of before. What is it? Ralph

I'm wondering if it is possible to use a recorded flight done with the Reflex XTR simulator, as a screen saver. If so, then you could record your own 3D flights and use them as the screen saver. Im looking for a good RC Screen saver as well, and I have done some recordings using the XTR Simulator. They are great to sit a watch and would be even better if they just started on their own as a screen saver.
