Default Lets talk customer srevice from YS!!!

I know a few of you have heard I piled up my brand new 1/4 scale H9 Edge 540 when the throttle stuck wide open and a wing sheared off, well the engine took a very hard hit going in at full speed into a rock strewn creek bed. It didnt look completely wrecked so I sent it to the guys at YS for a repair, they called a couple of days later to tell me the engine was completely totaled only a few parts were of any use, I was so depressed I had saved for that 650 dollar engine for a long time and had only hd it in the air for three minutes or so!! I explained my situation to the guys at YS not blaming anyone but hoping for a little help, after a few minutes they told me they would rebuild the engine discounting the parts and no charge for the labor, I would get what amounted to a new engine for 350!!
What a great company, fantastic customer service, and understanding too I already love their engines and would buy more but now I dont think I will ever buy any other brand of glow engine ever!!!

I am now waiting to see what Horizon will do about the wing shearing off, I hope they will replace the model.......

That doesn't surprize me. YS has awesome engines and they back them up. That was very nice of them.
