Default 3D Aerobatics Learning Website?

Anyone know of a website that teaches aerobatics and 3D by showing the exact stick positions? Real Flight simulator does this on some basic aerobatics.

Thanks.

3DRC.info is great if you don't need to see the stick positions and can learn just from reading the text, if you want a visual way go to www.flyingcirkus.com and go on the "3DUniversity" they have videos which explain it and a view of the sticks and then they slow it down and explain it further. However, there arn't many at the moment but if you can learn from text easily just use 3DRC
