Default Pattern fliers in MICHIGAN

I may have an opportunity to move to Michigan and I was wondering how far you live from Kalamzoo, and if you would know where most of the pattern fliers fly in Michigan.

Thanks,

Rob

Rob,

The only pattern flying going on in Kalamazoo would be Charlie Williams. He builds my pattern planes. This is the only person that I know of. I know that Marty King and Charlie get together a lot and fly.

Rob,

I know that Charlie doesnt have a email I dont have his phone number. I will see him this weekend at the pattern contest and hopefully can talk to him for you and get his number.

Sean, the only couple of people I know flying pattern in our area would be Bob Kane, Verne Koester, and myself.

Rob,

Not a problem, I have fun doing this. I will see him Friday and get his info for you. I know he would be happy to have someone to fly with as he is only 1 of about 3 people that fly at his field. It is a great field. I have flown with him and the nice thing is that when you go to the field to practice there is no one there.

Sean,

I'll bet you'll see a few this weekend.
