If you do a search here in fourms you can read 1000 post on the plane. It is a nice and light plane you will have to do a little to fix some light problems with it .

If you like the looks of the funtana, check out the OMP Katana P. Much lighter and stronger.

i have been flying my 40 funtana for almost 1 year and i love it i havent had any problems with it it likes to tip stall to the right in 3-d but once you fly it you wont have any problems. use a saito 72 or 80 with a apc 14X4w or a 14x6 its great. i also have 2 funtana 90s seem to be good planes if you dont try and stuff a v8 in them.

If you like flying ovals they are great. Pretty low roll rate...hahaha, just kidding. They are a riot. I can do some very cool stuff with those ARF's. I have two of them.

Yes they are when kept light. Stick a Saito 82 in there and you'll have a fun plane.

Best plane this size I ever had. I have a Saito .91 in mine.

I have a seriously tail heavy 40 sized. During an inverted elevator it sinks (floats) straight down, perfectly level, no wing rock at all. Keep it right at or a little above idle. It's amazing to see. Also does a nice parachute. I tell ya, it's all in your sticks what you can do with these things. The more time I fly them the more things I find out I can do. I also found out how to waterfall the thing finally. Gotta use either aileron or rudder to keep it level. Once you get them going, they keep going. It always sucks to have to pull out of them when you get down too low. Very cool ARF.

PS: One of mine has a YS 63, cowling and wheel pants, 6 lbs and a CG of 5.5 inches. APC 13-4W and 30% heli.

The other has an Irvine 53, no cowling or wheel pants, 5.5 lbs, with a CG of 7 inches. APC 13-4 and 15% nitro. I'm moving the battery up under the engine because it's too much to land, especially in the wind. I usually just do a short harrier when I touch down, blip the throttle at the last second.
