Kinda sucks living up in the north east as most shows are a long long long drive away.

That said, if you fly at the shows then (unless you're a big name with a big plane) you may only get 2 - 3 slots. If you're lucky. At least at your own club you can fly when you want..

Still, its good to have a dreams Ed! Judging by your C50 pics you're getting pretty nifty! But don't you need a B cert to fly at shows?!!! Or have you sorted that yet?

Just kiddin wij ya!

I live right down in the south west and still goes to the shows.
To get on a team you just got to fly and fly well.
Also flying at shows helps.
Me Nathan and Luke are gonna kick ass next year.
And get drunk!!!

Aye dont you just love night flying! Flew my wee Ultimate in a car park late one night at a Centralised down south. Seemed like a great idea after a few pints.

Ahhh comedy shock flying!!!

Nearly removed my cousins face during one such episode! Probably would have done him a favour come to think of it.

not as good as the shocky. its still fun, cos u can crash it as much as u want. the only prob about EPP is it tears, and glueing it is impossible! unless u use epoxy which is heavy. Cyano (normal dont melt EPP) wont glue it.

and again, i crashed it haha!

Mines a beast. Known as the manly shockflier up in Scotland. Got 3S2P 340's. Weighs about 270g so it's not to good indoors but goes like a bat out of hell. Actually probably a shade lighter due to the fire damage. Cany beat a bit of charred effect eh.

I'll probably get one in the spring, already have all the stuff bar the batteries. Certainly looks the business.

Wonder if Freestyle-rc will be putting a team together? That could be fun. Hope to maiden my 68" yak this weekend

My aim is to just get some flying in next year, there's always some thing stopping me, be it technical or other commitments.
Might help if the club was closer and not so high up.
