I am interested in the airwild edge 540T but can't seem to find info about the plane online. I have checked out airwilds web site and still cant find anything on their edge about their edge. Any info about were to find this plane online and its general flying characteristics would be great. Tthanks in advance for any information.

Hello Needsmore:
I think there was a review of this kit/plane in the RC Universe special review section. I haven't gone back to check, but give it a try.
The one thing I have heard about the Airwild Edge is that it seems to be VERY back ordered. I'm talking about a wait of up to 6 months or more. I can tell you that the Lanier 120 size 540 ARF flys very well, if that is of any help.

Have any of you noticed that the Lanier Edge-540 is an edge-540 and not an edge-540T? the decal says edge-540 t, but the T model is a 2 seater, and the lanier is modeled after the 1 seat version.

Air Wild no longer sells the Edge (unless something as changed). I own two of them and love them both.
The 540 T can be a single place plane. They offer a single seat conversion for the T. I guess you get a single placed 540 T with the larger wings or whatever.....it is on the manufacture's site.

Lanier's single "T" is correct. Some of the full size planes have this mod. The reason is, the "T" version is bigger than the original single seater. From what I've heard pilots wanted the bigger plane, but didn't want the second seat. Maybe for weight?

No problem Geistware. It's all in a pdf at www.zivco.com.
Heck, why mess around with a toy when you can get the real thing for about $240K?

The PDF info packet is the same for both pages.
