YNOT, what engine are YOU using for the UCD?

I will reply for Tony, since he is not online as often as I am.

Tony is using a OS 91FX ! He had some trouble with the engine, but I think he worked it out.
I am sure he will let you know more once he gets back online.

Thanks Ulf, however, I'm really opting on a 4-stroke. Wha'da you think? Saito 1.00, Saito 1.20 YS 91? I'm so confused

I really don't know much about the U can do, but I am putting a Saito 100 on my Graupner Showflyer (very nice plane by the way). It is a 60 size bird too but I think is at least a pound lighter then the U can do.
I would really watch that engine weight ! There are lots of threads about the U can do. I am pretty sure you will find lots of info on 4 bangers for that plane.

Yea, I am running a OS 91FX. Not too happy with it.

The OS 91 Heli motor may be the ticket.

I don't do stroker motors, however I may need to change my thinking.

Tony, are you not happy w/ it because of power or because of the quality/reliability of the engine?
