I have seen a few people with Saito 100s on an EF Edge and they were happy with the performance, so I don't think the OS 91FS would be too strong. I think the weight would be more of a problem than too much power. My YS63 weighs 6 oz less than the OS and I had to mount the battery behind the wing on the fuse to get the CG where I wanted it.

CG will be a problem. My Saito 72 is about 5-6oz lighter than the 91FS, I had to add 1 OZ to the tail to get the CG where I wanted it, the motor was set back as far as possible with out modding the nose. Moving the battery MAY get you there but your still gona be heavier than needed, probably close to half a pound by the time you get the CG right... try to keep the plane as light as possible. On the up side it would be freaking ballistic on pullout
and no it's not too much power for the plane... just more than you really need... if thats even possible
