Default Servo Advice

Hi Folks
Well Santa came and dropped off a Weston Groove for me. He also gave me the West Engine to go with it however he did say he didnt have a clue on the servos so he left me and IOU ( funny it was in my girlfriends hand writting).
So I have turned to the modelling oracle for advice.
I am happy to go to Digis if it needs them ( I fit them to my big 90- 140 sized plus Aerobatic toys and ducted fans) or would a good quality analogue servo be just as good.

Happy Mike
