Ordered a plane(YAK 50) from this company last week. Havent seen it, they dont answer the phone or email. I finally got someone to answer the phone today. He said he would call back in 15 minutes. Never heard back from him and now, no one answers the phone. He was going to get a tracking #. Im getting *&^%$#@ off and worried they are ripping me off. Anybody familiar with this company?

Well...I hope you aren't getting ripped-off.... I just ordered an Icepoint from them after emailing Brian several times this weekend. It was suppose to go out Monday....but I haven't received the UPS info. yet......so now you have me worried.
update, I just received an email from Brian about my Icepoint......so it appears all is well.

Brian finally called and emailed and made everything good. It seems they need to improve their communication capabilities. Brian says they are going to do just that. I hope they do. I just got a little impatient, new airplane you know?
