Where do you place your fuel filter?: between the tank and engine, on the filling line (next to the fuel dot)...?

Why did you post this question in four forums?

I usually put a fuel filter going from the tank to the motor and have one on my fuel bottle so when I put fuel in to the plane it filters it that way as well.
