I agree with drumbum- 3.3 pounds is too heavy. And the wing span is 48 inches. Too big and heavy for a .25 engine IMO.

I'm looking for a .15 to .25 3d ARF myself, but this FLIP is out of the question.

I have a mini Flip. ROCKS on a Irvine 39, have another I am going to put a Axi on. Just haven't bit the bullet on that one yet.

They are not available in the US, or I should say, have not been available. GP did not import them. Maybe with Koysho going direct, we may see them in the US.

Isn't this the plane that was called the Quizzical in it's testing stage? I saw an old video of
Sebastiano Silvestri test flying it for Kyosho in Russia, October 2003. At that time they called it a FLIP 3D 25 (Quizzical).
It may still be on that Russian web site at http://www.hobbyclub.ru/videoeng.html.

Some time ago there was also a big 38.5MB .mwv file, 18 minutes long of Sebastiano flying his huge Katana in Russia to music. Fantastic low altitude 3D flying.
