Well I have finally figured out why the 1.00 Evo Never worked on my 60 UCD. The gas tank couldn’t be lowered enough so the fuel free flowed into the carb, which caused it to load up. The manager/owner at the store is going to be nice enough to exchange this engine for store credit so I can get another engine! When mounted on a Test Stand this sucker put out Tons of power and ran like clock work! Infact it almost blew itself off of the test stand! Anyways:
I want an engine that is going to be reliable!!! Seems to me most people are flying the YS 91 on this plane. Are there any mods I'll need to do in order to accommodate this engine? Do I mount it inverted or sideways? Is there any advice that you can give me? I look forward to being able to fly my second plane finally!!!

Put a header tank on. A small 1 ounce tank in front of the main tank. You have the room to do it in that plane. The muffler will pressurize the smaller tank and you won't have a problem. No need to change motors.

Drumbum, Thanks for the info. I'm gonna try that in my UCD. It looks easy, cheap and effective. What more can you ask for. Thanks,
Barry
