Default HELP..........What spinner fits??

I need a spinner to fit a YS 110FZ with an APC 16x6 prop, preferably one that fits without any mods. I tried searching but I now have a headache from reading 1000 posts that didn't answer my question[sm=stupid.gif] ....................Please advise.

You didn't say what plane it is for, or what prop, other then size. When you know those two things, call true turn and tell them. They will hook you up. Short of that, get out your dremel.

Spinner size normally depends on cowl size. What plane?

Shawn, I believe that is 2 1/2" or 2 3/4" inches if you measure the front of your cowl, you can see where the spinner should fit.

Spinner size for the Funtana 90 is 2 & 3/4". The best prop I have seen for that plane engine combo is the APC 16X4 and unfortunatly, no one I know of makes a 2&3/4 inch spinner that is pre-cut for that prop. As I said, Tru-turn will do it for you but it is pricey. I cut mine myself with the handy-dandy dremel.

Here is a link to the kit for your engine: http://www.truturn.com/cgi-bin/store...4a&ppinc=adapt

You need to know what diameter your spinner needs to be, I am ordering a 2.25 wide blade for my funtana .40 it came with a 2.25 plastic spinner.

wait.....

Ok I went and looked it up you need a 2.5 inch spinner.

Here is my recommendation: http://www.truturn.com/cgi-bin/store...exact_match=on

PS-I got my infor straight off the review here: http://www.rcuniverse.com/magazine/a...article_id=373

They used the same engine you are using in the review.

I have a Tru-Turn 3" on my F90, fits perfectly, but I am running a Saito 150, it fits my 17X6 and 16X6 prop no problem. It costs 80 bucks though.....

You can order one from Dave Brown precut for the prop. Thats what I always do and they do a really good job cutting out the space
