I have this engine so I can suggest a few things. Do you have any preference such as only scale or can it be a fun fly/profile? I have a Powerline Edge 540 with that engine and it flies very well. The weight is the only complaint I have but it flies both precision and 3D extremely well. Mine came in at 6 lbs 1.5 ounces but a few ounces could be shaved off using mini servos. Mine are all standard size high torque. The Accel Katana profile is very light with this engine (4.5 pounds) but I really don't like profiles right now, that could change once I fly one. See Ohio model planes for more good quality profile ARF's. The Cermark Ultimate Bipe would be light with that engine, around 5.5 pounds.

Not a big fan of profiles myself, doenst have to be scale, but light and 3d like my flip 3d did. I wanted the znline madness II, but central hobbies does not carry them any more so no way to get one unless someone has one.

I have one of these on order. Sounds like the best thing going in the 5.5 to 6 pound range. I was looking for a home for a SA100 and was strongly considering the PA540. The Fliton sounds to be a bit stronger on its side so I went that way.

Check out the Ultra-rc Katana or Yak-54. They are very capable with a YS63.

It would, The newer profiles are some of the most fun planes out there. For durability check out the Mojo at http://www.swanyshouse.com/ the carbon tube in the fuse and the spars in the wing make this a nearly indistructible flyer. Many hard cartwheels, and 15' hover deadsticks on mine and just brush her off and fuel her up!! (remember the fuel her up part to avoid the deadstick part)

Mojo 40 with your ys .63 is a great combo at right at 4 Lbs!!

You can get that fliton extra from Atlanta Hobby or Hodges hobbies. I have had one on the building table forever. I got a saito 1.00, all the servos and Li-ion packs for it, I just havent gotten around to finishing it yet. The instructions are VAUGE but if you have put a couple of arfs together you will be fine. I have made mods to mine such as putting dual servos near the horizontal, pinning in the firewall so the 1.00 wont rip in in half. I cant wait to get it ready, I just stay sooo busy flying my EF Yak that I dont really care to finish it right now.
As for profiles...I didnt like the looks of a profile either but I tried one and after that its like riding a moped...fun until your friends find out. The looks really do grow on you and the way it flys....AWESOME!!! I got the Accel Hobbies Katana .40 with the saito .72 on the front and I LOVE IT!!!
