I've been trying to contact DA via email and phone (left messages) and had no reply so far. Are they still in business??? Any trade shows going on and no staff on duty???

They are VERY busy around there, business just keeps getting better. I have never called and not gotten anyone, make sure you have the right number, and keep trying.

Yep, right number, a female voice recording is what I got, I left a message, sent emails, but nothing... Just bad luck maybe.

The recording means brian is probably on the other line, he usually answer's the phone. Instead of leaving a message just try back later. They get over 10 motor's per day to repair and sell tons. They just shipped a pallet of like 52 motors overseas a week or so ago.
