Default OS FL 70 - 4 stroke Freestyle Rush

Hi,

I have just bought a Freestyle Rush and am thinking of powering it with either an OS 50 SX or
an OS FL-70 4 stroke. I have had experience with the two stroke but not with the 4 stroke.

This plane will be used for sport flying, pattern practice and some mild 3d... I intend it to be
my weekend flyer. I am pretty sure the OS 50 SX will give vertical performance but am not
sure about the FL-70.

I would like some opinions on the FL-70 and whether or not it is a good choice for the model. I
can get the FL-70 pretty cheap at the moment, only 50 Aussie. dollars or so more than the 50.

Cheers,
Sam.

Default RE: OS FL 70 - 4 stroke Freestyle Rush

I would go with the 70.

Dont make the mistake i did with a H( Funtana, recommendation was 50 size F/S, i bought aOS70 f/s and it still did not have enough power to pull with authority.

Great engine, now in a Banshee.................... and no problems whatsoever.
