Ive been thinking about this alot lately. My only concern was hearing the motor or radio when the alarm goes off or the motor pulses. I guess you could put 2 or so songs on that end at a certain time. I think I would fly smoother with music.

well, the freestyle's ive flown have the speakers generally facing away from you, towards the crowd, i had trouble hearing the music over the motor actually.
Volume wasnt really a problem

I played Tijuana Brass a week ago, using a CD in my Suburban with the door open where the speakers, full blast and flying a Funtana.
Trying to talk the club into putting speakers on our shed and a portable CD player to go with it. Flying to music is lots of fun. Could hear the music quite clearly.
