Default H9 33% Extra and 3D

Is this a good plane for 3D? I've heard it doesn't harrier very well (tons of wing rock)...is that true? I would like to hear the opinions of the owners of this plane that have been flying 3D (or at least trying ) THX.

My dad had one. It does great blenders, elevators, flat spin, waterfalls. It will wing rock a ton in a upright harrier, with or without spoilers, at any cg. It is not real solid in a hover. It will snap, not bad, it's not a thick wing profile. He messed up a low hover, and somehow got it to snap into the ground.

This is just my experience. Others peoples results may vary.

Check out the toc 30% edge video. Does this thing harrier or what! You might have to right click and save as. Big file.

The TOC EDGE 540 looks very good. The flier on the video says that inverted harrier is hard for most 540's because they lack rudder authority? I would guess that means no HA KE or Loop? Would have liked to see more stuff in the video.

I have the 33% extra 330S and it flies very well but there is some wing rock in an upright harrier. I am working on getting the spoilerons set right to eliminate the wing rock. As far as snaping it doesn't snap unless you want it to. my plane is balanced very nuetral and does 3-d very well
