Anyone see or fly the TOC aviation edge pro? I have one coming, debating on what engine, either a ys 110, saito 100, or mvvs 91 with mini pipe

Im a YS man. I've got a Saito and ther is nothing wrong with them. I just prefer YS, but you do have to pay more $. Shoot being from Temple, you must know BW Ponder? He'll tell ya YS all the way!
As far as the planes, all I've heard is they are Extreme Flight's rejects cause they covered the Edge wings with the Yak scheme and vice versa on the Yak. Nothing wrong with that. I've not heard anything good nor bad about them. It just thats where they get the "pro" name from.

It would be good both ways.

At 6.5 pounds the saito100(21.5oz) would power it fine.

At 7 pounds and 915 inches of wing area the YS110(27.5) would be great.

Looks like a winner whatever way you go..
