IS this plane really a 3D plane? The elevator looks pretty skimpy.

They advertise it as a 3d plane but after watching the video it looked like it flys like a pattern plane.

It would be an attractive deal if the surfaces hinted at 3D flight. They say its based on the quest, didnt the quest have counterbalanced elevators?

No dice on that being a good 3D plane.

No it is a 100% pattern plane. I know because I fly pattern and I have seen them fly at contests quite a few times. Nice plane, not for 3D.

Yeah the Icepoint is an Awesome F3A 2m pattern plane.... it may be capable of doing some basic 3D manuevers.. but then so is a trainer... I'm getting one of these myself... to tune in my precision skills...

Anyone know of a supplier here in the UK for this pattern ship.
I am not a lover of the one piece wing but its the only critisism.
email me at [email protected] if you know where and the price

Kind regards
Nigel.
