Nope, haven't flown it yet....but was checking the HIGH rudder rates, saw this tailwheel sort of jam up...closer investigation reveals that the side where the tailwheel steering rod is connected has a severe bind at about 4" of travel. The other side can go all the way to 6".
Tried changing the rod length (shorter and longer), and all it does is move where the bind begins, but it still is pulling nearly in a straight line against the music wire tail wheel leg. At high rudder travels, the tailwheel looks like it will caster about 80 degrees!!! WAY too much.
Anyone had this problem, solved it???

I under stand if it is binding the rudder that cant be tollerated, But if the only problem is on highrate and it casters the wheel then I couldnt see you taking off on full deflection rates down the runway..
