Default 3D ARF for Brison 2.4

Are there any other ARF's that could do 3D with a Brison 2.4 other than the Ultra RC Giles and the Chip Hyde Cap-X? I'd like to get a Cap-X, but I liked the old Breitling scheme a lot better than his new one.

I'm putting together a "Kangke" Lazer 2000 now with the Brison 2.4 engine. It's really an outstanding kit that shoud do "mild" 3D with the 2.4. RC Showcase has this kit on sale now for 310.00

I would get the Hangar 9 Extra 260. At 14lbs with this motor it will do 3D just fine. Have a Midwest Extra at 14lbs with this motor, can pull out of a hover just fine. Not ballistic but good enough!

When I first purchase this plane I intended to put an MVVS 45MC on it, but rear carb would not allow for it. I watched a video on rc cirkus.com, and it was one super flying 3D plane.

You know Ben, there aren't a lot of planes that engine will work well with but the ones that do are all quality planes. Some that come to mind are the Dave Patrick planes. Either the Extra or the Edge would work, the Ultimate too probably although some people don't consider a bipe to do 3D. Pacific aero just released the Katana, theat should be an excellent candidate. Their Edge as well. I'm going to fly the Kangke Hurricane with that engine tomorrow, I'll let you know how that goes. The 73" Wild Hare or the soon to arrive Yak may be good options too. Finally, the Hanger 9 260. That or the DP Edge would be my choice, the planes are light and have plenty of wing & both are proven flyers.

I am putting one in a Wild Hare Yak when they come in, if the color scheme I ordered is actually available, otherwise it will go in the DP Edge.
