hello all
please help me out here, Im getting a Seagull razzle and im looking to put a 90 size engine on it ive scopped out the supertigre G90 so far to be my preference but ive read a few posts from people saying that the stock muffler "dosnt have enough volume" for the engine and that the stock carb is a 60 size and chokes it?
i havnt herd much about the magnums but i have seen that the stock muffler is larger
price difference is about 8bucks
so my question is, which engine will be "better" (by better i mean more out of the box performance) for my seagull razzle
thanks regards

I'm not sure about what they mean by the stock muffler dosen't have enough volume, but maybe it has to do with back pressure to the tank for fuel draw? I have never dealt with a ST stock muffler, but my Dad has a pitts muffler on his ST(it's the biggest engine ST makes) and it ran fine. Don't know much about them, so i'll leave it to the "experts" on those engines.
However, we do have a Razzle with a YS 91AC 4 stroke, and it pulls out of a TR awesome. A 90 2 stroke would pull it no problem once it is tuned, plus the Razzle is a fairly light airplane.

james, I had the Razzle for quite a while (great airplane) and flew her with an OS 90 four stroke. Unlimited verticals ad plenty of power to spare. The torque from this engine was awesome.
