Default World Models Groovy 50-3D

Hi all, is anyone familiar with the groovy 50-3D, if so what are your thoughts. How is the workmanship,

what engine choices and overall handling of the model.

Thanks Vinny

Default RE: World Models Groovy 50-3D

I don't know the 3d, but i have just bought the f3a version. The 3d looks like a diffrent wing but the same fuz. Mine looks very good the fuz is light ply with a light glass fibre bottom. The fin also looks like glass fibre. The tail is properly sectioned, and the main wing is fully sheeted. The main wing is plug in and therefore mid mounted. So the thust line is directly on the drag line of the wing. I don't know about the 3d wing, but I would guess that the wings are diffrent, but plug into the same fuz. I would recon that the f3a one will come out at approx 5 1/4lbs with my YS 63 in it.

Hope this helps

Kris
