Default OK, Lets try some elevons

Hey Gang,
I’m trying to dampen out some rocking in my Elevators and Harriers with my ¼ scale Giles. I’ve tried shifting the CG and various other methods to get the plane to handle as neutral as possible. Problem is that it’s not all that stable in the harrier and I’m afraid to take it any closer to the ground that way.
I’ve heard allot about elevons and am ready to give it a try. Question is how much should I start with? ½” of up ailerons for full elevator deflection sound reasonable?
