Yeah, I remember my less safe flying days (High School). We used to do stuff that wasn't real safe. We'd go to the field and get chewed out. I can understand the club's reasoning as someone could get seriously hurt attempting to duplicate such a manuver. However, anyone that has ever flown fun-fly and the like, know that having an airplane in close proximity isn't much more dangerous than a heli.
We used to fly late into the evenings at our club, wait until the sun went down and then go crazy... Touch and goes offf the clubhouse roof, etc.
I agree, take it to a field that isn't regulated by other club members or do it when they aren't around.
Great footage!

Mecam, if you haven't already, check out the video of a guy flying inside a gym with an electric sudokhoish plane. Something new for the 3dbatxkid maybe, ehh.

Yep.
I am flying one of those Electric Sukhoi's. Its amazing!
1/3 power hovers and TR's.
You have to hand launch it and hand catch it because it doesnt have any gear and landing it on the ground is hard on the props.
Heres mine,

Well, isn't that appropriate
I don't have any electrics yet, this looks like the ideal "all weather" 3D machine. It's getting expensive learning to hover with a US120 running a Saito 180. I'm getting about the same endurance with 18oz of YS20/20 that the electric sukhoi gets on a single charge.
