I figured I would post this here due to saving weight helps our 3D capabilities.
I came across these new rechargeable Lithium ion cells. They claim to be 3 volt so just 2 cells would make a nice light weight RX pack. I ordered 6 just to try.
Anyone else tried these?

It looks great but in all honesty, how much weight will we save, if we are talking about EP planes running 20 cells then yes it saves heck of a lot but for RX packs in planes that are like mo less than 40 sized? Hmmm ...
