Hello All
This is my first aerobatic capable plane.. i have a couple of trainers that i have flown the wings off of and a gp f-15 eagle...that is fast fun....i got extra so i could try and perform some of the more technical maneveurs....my problem is i need to know if there is a site with a definition of the maneveurs and what the controls are supposed to be doing.. Possibly if there is a certain way that you should enter the trick....
i know what a rolling circle is, toque roll, knive edge, inside and outside loop,..........and thats about it.... thanks for any help

Also i wanted to ask and see what you think my plane is capable of doing with this setup

saito 1.20, all jr 537 std bb servos, std saito exhaust...14 x 10 apc prop, and it weight approx. 7.5- 8.0 lbs. dry

This was also attempt at box scheme. I will post a couple of pics of plane and you can look at the box pic here

your setup looks fine i just think you should try to use a prop with higher diameter and lower pitch something like a 16x6 that will give you unlimited vertical its a great airplane i own one you will probably enjoy it alot

Nice job on the Extra. I've had mine for 3 years and it still going strong after 200+ flights. For an excellent primer on arerobatics, including stick positions, go to Ed Moorman's site at: http://members.home.net/moorman1/maneuver.htm

I also would suggest more dia. and less pitch. My G.P. Extra with a Y.S. 91AC with a 14 x 10 would not land with out killing the engine. The Main gear would touch down, but the tail would never drop. and that was with 1800 rpm idle. i'm currently running a 16x 6/10 it pulls very well and the bigger prop disc slows it down. a 16 x6 works very well also but 6/10 pulls a little better

Default Servos

You might want to put a better servo on the rudder, one with more torque.

That servo will do it easily, on my goldberg xtra I have a 3001 ( similar) on the rudder and it handles it well..
