Default Which Engine do i choose?

I am gona get a new rc engine for a .40 size 3d airplane no 4-strokes, 2-strokes only.

Whick 1 do i get ive narrowed it down between 3 engines, Supertiger g-51, Magnum xls .52, SK-50 whick 1 of these do you think is the most torky and most powerful.
I am also considering a light, possibly GMS .61 2-stroke because they are about the same weight as the 4-strokes guys are using. Fill me in on all your all's thoughts lol thanks again

Sounds like you already made your choice. I would take the ST51 out of that group, personally. I have not run the 51, but I have run the 40 and 45 and they made good power, ran well on 10% fuel, and generally made no fuss at all. Easy starting, easy running, day after day. And the quiet muffler really is quiet, without choking the life out of it. My $0.02, YMMV. If you are happy with your Magnum now, I'd get another one.

I know you're primarily interested in those 3, but if you don't like the OS another one folks really seem to like is the Thunder Tiger 46. I'm really partial to OS and have many of them, but I realize everyone has good reasons for their preferences. There is a guy at my field who runs Thunder Tigers and they work very well for him.

When I had the small ones the OS 50sx was one bad mamma jamma. Course then the DA 100 kinda kicks a lot more butt. I also remember when I swtiched to four strokes how much better 3D flying became.

Maybe one of those Jett engines??
