Default H9 Extra 260 build help

Hello to all...

I am building the H9 Extra 260. I Have not yet chosen an engine however I just bought a Saito 220 from a club member NIB for $380.00 so I may use that. My servos are as follows..

Hitec 645's on Ail and Elev and only because I had 4 of them new in a box from a different project.
Hitec 5955TG for rudder. Most likely overkill but my LHS had it for 99.00 and I thought it was a good price.
HS85MG for throttle.

6 Volt regulator switch
7.4v 2100 lipo... It this enough or should I go bigger?

I am going to get aftermarket CF gear next week as many of you has stated in other posts that the stock gear are crap..

Please let me know if I forgot anything, need to upgrade anything or provide me with any additional additional comments.

Thanks in advance,

Bruce

The260 is now assembled. I will still need to mount the engine but the rest is all done. Should I permanently mount the stabs? I was also thinking about carbon wing tubes. are these available?

thanx/B

I would permanently mount the stabs, they are not the most secure setup. I definately wouldnt stand over the tail when you run up the engine.

From what I've seen the wing tube is an odd size and nobody has them.

I'd run the stock gear before you buy new gear, might as well make sure yours breaks before spending the $$ so far mine is ok.

The 2100 batt should be fine I'm running a 2200 and I'm also running all digitals so your analog servos you should be fine.

I hear the 220 saito is a shaker so make sure you locktite everything... the plane flies great though.. you'll love it.
