I picked up my two new planes today, a widebody 60 (sort of a small Excellence), and a Funky 40 (sort of Madness). Has anybody tried the Funky 40? What did you think of it? It made by these guys. www.camodel.com.ar
The kit has bad instructions, but really good cutting, and the building will be a sinch, as there a good pictures.
I don't really know what to use for it. I think that I will have standards all around, and a mini on throttle and then when I can afford it, some more minis to keep the weight down. Also, what engine should I use. I have my eye on the YS 63, the YS 45, the OS 50, or the Irvine 53. Which one?
Thanks,
Robert.

I'll see what I can do. There are picks at www.camodel.com.ar under the funky instructions. I have one guy here that says it flies better than a Laser 3D, so thats good. The laser cutting is proper laser cutting, only a hairline size cut. You get a see through cowl for marking and cutting, and a ver nice proper glass one. The canopy looks wicked, and the plans are good. It will slot together nicely I think.
For the past few days, I got to go to the field with them, and to their factory, and I can honestly say, I never knew anyone nicer than they are. They really helped me with the kits, and have often invited me to see Marcelo fly. If I have any problems with the kit, I know that they are their to help me. Very nice people!!!!

I think I will enjoy it. It doesn't look hard to build, and the cutting is sooooo nice. I'll send you the pics later, tell me how many your e-mail can take without getting clogged up.
Robert.
(P.S. Look at the Widebody 60 too, flew it and I love it. The kit I have is superb!)
