Just download the "Ground School" videos at www.flyinggiants.com. First you got to become a member there in order to access the videos...
There are like 3 other websites but, i forgot them. Just do a search for 3d manuvers on here and you'll get like tons of hits, this subject has been beaten to death like a 100 times.
