I was looking into getting the Typhoon 3D as my 1st 3D. Well, my 1st real plane. I have a fake $30 2 channel and my dad has a nice wing dragon trainer but I want something that I can really fly. To me it seems like 3D is the only way to enjoy the hobby. I mean gas is cool and all and I have a few people who think I'm nuts for loving electric, but there are so many advantages to electric. In any case, I was reading reviews of the Typhoon and talking to a few hobby store people, and what I want to know is there seems to be a consensus that for another $100 over what I would get in my RTF Tyhpoon I can get a sick real 3D plane with recyclable radio, reciever, servos, ect. I was wondering if I want a light stable, far to easy to fly RC electic what is the best way to go. (BTW I know I'm just sort of jumping into 3D but I'll have a few hours on a trainer and about 100 on my cheezzy, but very effective Pre-Flight Sim (hehe).) Thanks in advance. Agian since I have only dealt with RTF kits I would need to know what EXACTLY I would need, but also what would be best for my next level. (IE if I need a servo wire or something... I'm just sort of all trying to figure out the hobby and its driving me nuts... I suppose that part I can deal with on the noobie board.) OK Agian thanks.
