Default Fixing hinges?

Anybody have any suggestions or techniques used to repair cloth type hinges . I had the glue break loose and need to get the old hinges out of the elevator and replace with new.

Default RE: Fixing hinges?

what i do is go ahead and cut the remaining hinges and then take my hobby knife and widdle out the old hinges, (not easy but dooable) then i go back in with dubro pinned hinges with epoxy and all is well
and by the time the dubros go bad(none have yet) the plane is ready to go on a trip to the big dumpster in the sky[X(]
be careful with the hobby knife, it will surprise ya
