Ok i just bought a funstar from tower hobbies. and was wanting to see a video of this plane.
i have searched plenty of times and havnt found one. so if you know of one could you please post it up

Same here i almost bought 1 a while back but a long time ago i promised my self id never buy another plane until i saw some video of it. I had a plane similer to the funstar it was a giant scale planes giles 202 3d it flew very nice 1 of the best hovering planes ive flown but not much for knife edge though. Hope you enjoy it!

hii im the one of that video..and i think that im just the only man in the world that do that with the funstar...that airplane it just the best doing 3d but doing KE sux...here i have some more videos.

i fly the funstar today im i have 2 weekends that i dont land i just grabbed on hover, but my father never record me when i am doing that. if you have a question just shoot it.

I have a funstar ( still in the box). What engine and servos are you using ?

i used a evolution 46. flew great. i am rafeling it off this weekend. were holding an event at are local feild. and the person wo can shoot down this old trainer wins the fun star. of course they have to pay for the bullets. and we beefed up the trainer :}

i used a OS 61 max that runs great with 10% nitro...hover at 1/3 throttle. .and i used high torque metal gear servos in the rudder and in the elevator.

I just maidened my Funstar today. A bit windy, but it flew great! This is my first 3d plane so I'm still learning so I just flip and flop around in the air. It can definitely fly super slow. I'm flying it with an FX .46 and I scoot around at 1/3 throttle. Plenty of power and I could physdo hover at half throttle. The only problem with the plane so far is the sh**ty landing gear. It spreads out on landing and breaks the prop. I'm going to give the Dubro super strength gear a try. I also can't seem to get this thing to flat spin.

hi guys i have been adding some videos to rcuvideos.com of the funstar doing 3d. i have been doing this because its a very good airplane but nobody use it for 3d or nobody make videos of it. if do you have one video please post it to talk about it. for making a good 3d with this airplane you have to correct before the airplane move, because the rudder doesn't have enought authority like in a U can do to correct after an error. if do you have some question about this airplane just tell me, i will be looking the post everytime i can. see ya
