It's Performance Specialties. They are the importer for YS engines over here. If you go to the engines, engine rep forum. You can ask Dave Shadel direct about them, or send him an email. There price is in the 50 to 70 dollar range and the performance increase is generally over 1000rpm.
They are what is attached to the exhaust of a Nelson.

Hello
I have an xtreme lite ARF with a saito 72.
Hovers at less than 1/2 throttle with both APC 13x6 (10000) and APC 14x4W (9500)
Unless extreme acceleration is important, I would say the saito 72 has plenty of power.
The plane is slightly less than 5 lbs. (2100g). Had to place the rudder servo in the tail for proper balance.
