Default 3D PROP FOR A OS 160

A fellow club member needed out of a 3d plane with new os 160 fx. I took it off his hands but It did not have a prop... I have a 18x8 mejzlik cf and was wondering if I should spend the time setting it up with this prop. Or would I wasting my time and come spring be without the plane untill I can get something else? While I am fighting winter should I get something like the apc 18x6w. Or is there something better. Thanks for the time

Depends on what plane it is and how you intend to fly it

If it was mine and used for 3d, I'd go to the finer pitch 18/6W.

seagull models, lazer 200, I hope to 3d it if it will... It is light and the 160 should be strong.

I have the 1.60 on a qq yak 72", i use the apc 18X6w, and I like it. I have tried 18x8 menz and it spools quicker but I think carries too much speed for 3d, I have purchased two skorepa props for this 18x8 and 18x6, haven't tried them yet but I am flying the 22x8 skorepa on a Taurus 52 for break in and it is a great prop, spools very quick and has good thrust, and they don't cost an arm and a leg either. They are from es composites. Brad.

APC 18x6W Is just about the best for 160 3d...
At least of the props that I have tried...
