Well, I've got an almost finished 60 size stick sitting in 2 boxes. I was thinking of perhaps overpowering it (with a OS .90), lightening it up a bit, and maybe increaseing the size of the control surfaces.
Is it 3d-able? (and is that a word)
What other Mods would you suggest. I'm just trying to make due with what I've got right now. Since I've got 4 gliders that I'm building, starting on a true 3D plane is out for the time being.
suggestions?

You're on the right track. OS 90 is a very good choice. I fly the 60 size ultra stick with a 90 and it is more than enough engine. Increase the size of the control surfaces. While you are designing them add balance tabs to the rudder and elevators. Take a look at the other successful designs for ideas. If you can add 4" of length to the fuselage. This will make the plane more stable and easier to hover.
