I have just aquired a 90 size Extra that I am told is capable of 3D. Only thing is I don't know what 3D is. I thought all flying was 3 dimensional. X,Y and Z axis. Sombody enlighten me please.

3D is basically aerobatics flown at BELOW the normal stall speed of an aircraft.
This requires an approximately two to one power to weight ratio and large control surfaces that will still catch the air (or the propeller wash) even at very low air speed (or zero air speed).
