Default SPE 40cc strong enough for 3D?

I'm interested in the Peak Models 76" Edge 540 and SPE 40cc combo deal.

Assuming the total weight came out to what's on the Peak website (11.6 lbs), would the SPE 40cc be strong enough to 3D and pull out of a hover with some authority?

I'm this close to pressing the 'buy now' button but just want to make sure of the engines ability.

There are several videos of that combo floating around (I think there`s a vid on the Peak site). Looks good with plenty power.

I've seen videos of the Peak Edge540 70" but not the 76". This is the new yellow one that I'm thinking about not the white one.
