Default Question about inverted Saito and UCD

I've read all the threads about the Saito 100 inverted, and the pumps, etc. One stupid question that I have is ... do you need to rotate the carburetor 180 degrees when mounting the engine inverted. I have cut another hole in the firewall, to run the throttle rod to, with the carburetor in the stock position. My question is if the carburetor should be rotated, or does it matter?

Thanks,
Wade
